Ecstatic Dance is freeform dance to music by innovative dj’s. It’s a safe space to express yourself fully, however you want to move to the music.

The dance journey includes moments of meditation and celebration and so much more…. To enhance this experience, we follow the guidelines below, so you can feel safe and free in your dance.

Guidelines for Ecstatic Dance:

• We dance barefoot.
• No talking on the dance floor.
• Dance however you wish.
• You can dance alone, or with others. To engage in a dance with someone, use sensitivity: are they open to dancing with me?
• Please refrain from taking photos and videos. Cellphones muted and out of sight.
• Drug-Free and Alcohol-Free environment.
